Portfolio / Program Management & Governance Lead

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Program Governance Lead with 5-10+ years of experience ensuring delivery compliance, project governance, and operational excellence across geographies. Works with PMs and delivery teams for transparency, risk management, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate monthly governance reviews with project managers.
  • Facilitate review sessions and analyze project health indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and client methodologies.
  • Maintain consolidated governance trackers across delivery centers.
  • Liaise with PMs, delivery teams, and SMEs to resolve gaps.
  • Escalate critical risks/issues to leadership.
  • Capture lessons learned and recommend process improvements.
  • Enhance reporting tools and review formats.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Project/program management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Risk identification and compliance enforcement.
  • Strong communication and facilitation across senior and operational levels.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, process-driven.
  • Experience in managing large/critical engagements and recovery management.
  • Supervisory and people management skills.

Certifications (Required / Preferred):

  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Delivery certification preferred
