Role Overview:
We are looking for a Program Governance Lead with 5-10+ years of experience ensuring delivery compliance, project governance, and operational excellence across geographies. Works with PMs and delivery teams for transparency, risk management, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate monthly governance reviews with project managers.
- Facilitate review sessions and analyze project health indicators.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and client methodologies.
- Maintain consolidated governance trackers across delivery centers.
- Liaise with PMs, delivery teams, and SMEs to resolve gaps.
- Escalate critical risks/issues to leadership.
- Capture lessons learned and recommend process improvements.
- Enhance reporting tools and review formats.
Required Technical Skills:
- Project/program management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
- Risk identification and compliance enforcement.
- Strong communication and facilitation across senior and operational levels.
- Detail-oriented, structured, process-driven.
- Experience in managing large/critical engagements and recovery management.
- Supervisory and people management skills.
Certifications (Required / Preferred):
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Delivery certification preferred
